Is your year off to a roaring start or slowly leaving the gate? Ours has been a blur so far (how is it late-January, friends?!) but we’re excited for all that’s to come in 2022, particularly my latest workshop that debuts very, very soon! Join the waitlist and be the first to know when it drops.
With a list of fresh goals in place and all of the possibility that a new year holds, it’s easy to start feeling a little overwhelmed. And no matter where we are in life, it can be nice to have support systems built in to our daily routines. That’s where apps come in! Technology is a wonderful thing and finding the right apps can keep you on track for everything from fitness and meditation to professional project management. I’m sharing a few of our team faves below as well as a super helpful tip for managing your relationship with technology in the year ahead!

But First: Edit and Organize
Before downloading any new apps, take some time to go through your phone and remove apps you no longer use. All of those unused apps clutter up your phone and they can make your days feel cluttered and chaotic too! Once you’ve edited down how many apps you have, try grouping them into folders so that your screen feels clean and streamlined. Much like a clean house or an organized office, it’s far easier to be productive when you aren’t forced to hunt around for every little thing you need.
PS – The iPhone actually has an automated way to delete apps that you don’t use anymore: Visit Settings > General > iPhone Storage and select “Offload Unused Apps.” This will automatically remove apps you don’t use regularly, while saving the documents and data that go with them. We hope this helps you make the most of 2022 and we would love to hear what your favorite apps are. Share them with us in the comments below or join the conversation on Instagram!
